  • make a tutorial of how you made the endbands please.. been looking it for a while already :S

  • Talas and Hollander's both have book leather. Not sure where else, but I'm sure it's out there.

  • You can buy it at plenty of places online. Search for "bookbinding leather", or google "hewitt" or "leffler" etc.

  • Is there anything more expensive than leather binding?

  • There are a couple sellers that sell bookbinding leather on eBay.

Also check out talasonline and the the dot come at the end. Talas is an excellent source for bookbinding supplies.

  • yeah, this is also my problem. The book leather retailers on the internet seem to only want you to be able to buy a piece of leather that is all ready to throw a signature in, but I'm trying to get a piece for a girdle book and now it appears it's just not going to happen.

  • Where do you get the leather to make these books?!

    I can't find it anywhere.

  • where do you get signatures from? do you just prin them out or do they have to be speacialy made??

  • are these reconsituted leather?

  • Do you have a foiling machine, or is there a less expensive way to do it?
