He was about 53 when this was recorded. UN-REAL. His voice is still awesome. Man, I sure am glad those guys took care of themselves and are rockin. What a GREAT band - so many great songs like this one. Rock on dudes.

hmmm just watched 3 different live versions of this and the Les Paul he uses at the end for the solo sounds so much better than the other guitars .... lots of body....

Perhaps Tommy's voice isn't as perfect here as it was on the original recording (yes, it was PERFECT then ) -- however, the song still achieves the intended result: Magic.
Instead of complaining how things aren't exactly as we want them, or not as we recall them, we should instead be grateful that Styx & other incredible artists still tour, when they could have retired long ago.
Thanks to them for letting us share the music, time & time again -- and thank you stmonkeys for posting this!
