Iron Maiden - The Trooper (live remix by Funcle).wmv

I was challenged to do a remix from an Iron Maiden song. Someone said it couldn't be done properly without making them look ridiculous. I'm not a pro, just a hobbyist, so there's no profit involved!

Since I'm very exited about Maiden coming to my favourite festival in Belgium this summer (which is not exactly a metal festival) and some folks (who call themselves Iron Maiden fans) find that a reason NOT to go and see Maiden and hate everybody that goes there, I thought: well, let's try this anyway.

Perhaps people may find this insulting to Iron Maiden, but really guys, I don't mean to. I truly respect and love Iron Maiden. I just think this fuzz about them playing at a festival shouldn't be a reason to spread hate. I don't think Maiden would like that either. Anyway: if one finds this clip truly 'not done' and gives me a grounded reason, I promise to remove it asap.

Cool, I'm a diehard maiden fan and do not really like this kind of "interpretation" BUT? i think it does prove that even in a poppy context, Maiden sounds GOOD!!!
