Prometheus doesn't have any plot holes that matter, if you're paying attention. They're some questions, sure, but good science fiction always leaves questions.

It's not that hard. Heck, when I went to see it with my girlfriend, I correctly guessed the plot by the time the tittle came up. It's an extremely predictable plot that's been done a million times.
