Thanks soo much 4 the video its nice to c wat the process is like 4 ppl sufferin from scoliosis n is encouragin.. when u showed ur back i wanted 2 give u a hug ='[ cuz it looks so painful

im 21 male n I have scoliosis but fortunately its not that severe 2 the point where I need surgery maybe just a brace but ..still it really is a let down...it makes the left part of my body (left shoulder, pectoral muscle, rib, lower back) stick out more than the right n is even more noticeable bcuz im skinny n I get self-conscious. It hurts when i do something like sweep the floor =[ so i try to do exercises that my chiropractor recommend me when im working out at the gym.

hi i also had back surgery done to but my surgery was in march 10 2010 at UC davis medical center in sacramento california my surgeon the chief of orthopedic spine surgery at uc davis medical center
