Multitasking in iOS7 is not really a new feature, but it is improved, and supposedly now all apps, not just select apps, work. And now iOS also pays attention to the apps you use most often and can update the content throughout the day.
But either way, here it is. From what I hear, it looks pretty close to a jailbreak tweak... but whoever actually came up with it... it's pretty nice looking. Scrolling through background apps is smooth and you have a nice little screenshot, or "cards" as they're called, of the app.
But the best feature, in my opinion, is how quickly and easily you can stop running apps. No more holding down the icon for a few seconds. Just give them a quick swipe up and they're gone. You can remove all your apps much quicker now.
