I have one of these and I absolutely love to ride it unfortunately I can't find parts for it any where. Which is unfortunate because mine was vandalized

I've been looking at these online and am tempted, but without an in-person test, my concern is that I'm only 5' 1". Would I be able to ride comfortably, or should I just stick with the less-cool-but-easier moped scooters?

Do you need a motorcycle license to drive this? And can you drive it on the street?

kentucky, and im 14 the cops said need to have at permit which i get when i turn 16 but thats not going to stop me rideing.. the top speed i got the pagsta 49cc motocycle is 55 miles per hour in fourth gear i now need to change oil in it but need help can somebody post a link or video on youtube how to change oil on a johnny pag pagsta 49cc. and dip stick broke so dont know how muchh to put in. who ever put it can only go 25 mph he must not be reading it right or the speed domator is broke

ya so if a 14 year old was to get one of these would he be able to drive it as a moped as long as it had a flag on it?

To operate a moped outside of private properties, one must have a valid drivers license. Please check your DMV for further questions pertaining to mopeds and their use on public streets.

I retract my last statement and am 100% positive that you do not need to possess a valid drivers license however you have to be at least 16 years of age and wear a helmet. At least this is the law in NC. Sorry, had a few drinks tonight!

This is a 2003 Pagsta Mini. As far as what a regal raptor is my impression is that it is the model name for a newer model made by Pagsta. I have yet to see a 2003 Pagsa Mini listed by the alternate name Regal Raptor.
The speedometer reads a 25mph top governed speed however I've had it reach 30 on many occasions and 35 if the wind is to my back on the right surface.You would definately need to upgrade it to accomodate 2 persons to get the same performace for one. 25 max speed for 2 is what I get.
