And while I won't disagree with you on what may go down other times in other situations, I am speaking of this specific, isolated incident. In this incident, they did not violate procedure, which is why both the LAPD and the court didn't find them guilty, was because they DIDN'T VIOLATE IT. This has nothing to do with every other incident that happens, it is about THIS ONE.

And sometimes things go down that should not because of some individuals like to manipulate the situation as these offiers did. There is a level of force training procedure they did not follow. @Bangin4God if you actually researched it, and read below the fold on the papers, you'd know. You can even see the other two in cuffs on the ground the whole tape. Never touched. Everyone wants to look past the fact he was drunk, drove reckless, ran from the police, and resisted. It's oh, poor Rodney. Fuck that. Don't act an ass and you won't get lit up. There were over 15 officers present that testified, as well as civilians. It's bullshit race card desire to avoid accountability at its finest.

@Bangin4God I'm merely stating that everyone makes the wrong assumptions about the King Incident. They were found not guilty in the 1st trial for a reason. They were innocent. Everyone wants to make it a race issue, but what about the 2 black passengers in King's car? Why weren't they beaten? Because they complied. If you watch the entire video, you'll see he's told get down or stay down over 100x. He wouldn't. Everyone sees the .2 second clip and assumes he was beaten bc he's black, not so.
