June 14th is Flag Day in the US. When Francis Scott Key wrote The Star Spangled Banner he posed a question. Most of us never think much about that question but events at the dawn of the 21st century beg that we revisit it. What is your answer?

  • "Those who make peaceful revolution impossible will make violent revolution inevitable."

--- John F. Kennedy, 1962 White House speech (35th president of the United States of America, 1961-1963)

"He that would make his own liberty secure, must guard even his enemy from oppression; for if he violates this duty, he establishes a precedent which will reach to himself."

--- Thomas Paine, Dissertation on First Principles of Government (1795)

  • I hope we are reaching a tipping point where more people are realizing what we are losing here. I just hope those out number the gimmes in society.

Our country is set up so we can change the direction we are going without violence. We need to get educated about the people running for gov positions and start moving toward more freedom.

Not a fast drastic change but over 3 or 4 yrs. We need to be repealing more laws than we are creating for a while. Ok, ok for a long while lol. Good Day !!!
