Recipe:
1 cup butter
1/2 cup icing sugar
1 1/2 cup white flour
1/4 cup corn starch
1tsp salt
1tsp vanilla

Directions:
Beat butter until fluffy. Sift in icing sugar until blended. Sift corn starch and blend. sift flour and salt and mix until combined. add vanilla. Place cookies on an ungreased cookies sheet 2 inches apart because cookies will spread. bake at 350 for 18 minutes or until lightly golden. check the cookies at 12 minutes!

  • @cookingcousins I have a tip for you I noticed at 2:19 you tapped the beater on the side well i normally keep the beater on and raise it up a little upbove the mixture until it all whips of then scrape the mixture on the side down with a spoon. That way you don't loose any. Hope I helped :) xx
