If you go to ukuleleunderground 's forum people have tabbed out the whole song. Hope this helps.

"Because," lyrics by Edward Teschemacher, music by Guy d'Hardelot a/k/a Helen Rhodes. Published in 1902. It was a big hit.
Because you came to me, with naught save love, and hold my hand and lift mine eyes above, a brighter world of hope and joy I see, because you came to me. Because you speak to me in accent sweet, I find the roses waking `round my feet, and I am drawn through tears and joy to thee, because you speak to me...

James tunes his uke "standard" one step up.
ADFB. So listening and watching can be
misleading.

Those strings sound SOOO BRIGHT! I love it.

I would also like to have the chords... I am a little too lazy to get it just by listening :-)

has anyone figured out the chords to this yet? I see a wide range in there, though I could swear it's a B, F, G rotation with a bunch of 7ths and #'s thrown in. Also looks like an A6 is used in that micro-bridge halfway through the second chorus... it's hard to tell from the video though. I'm assuming it's standard tuning?

yes, it's standard tuning, high g, but I couldn't figure the chords...
