You're so incorrect. Islam has nothing to do with this. The issue with Iran is due to the 1953 coup d'etat of the Iranian president because he was going to nationalize the oil industry which would effect British and American companies. 26 years later you have the Iranian Revolution in which the radical Islamics overthrow the US supported Shah. The current regime knows this history of US intervention and that is what causes hostilities. This is an example of what is known as blowback.
