Hi, I'm Amy Goodson, registered dietitian with the Executive Health Program at Texas Health Harris Methodist Hospital Fort Worth.

February is National Heart Month, and we want to help you improve your health!

Knowing your numbers, such as your cholesterol numbers, your triglyceride numbers, and your glucose numbers are key to predicting your risk for disease.

So we'd like you to come in and set up an appointment at the Executive Health Program, where we offer a variety of services that include comprehensive physicials, imaging services, heart scans, and nutrition.

If you have any questions, please visit TexasHealth.org/AskAmy and I'll be happy to get back with you and help you get your health on track.
