Laser Invasion: The 1st Mission

Due to my laziness, I'll be putting a temporary hold on my little U.N. Squadron playthrough. Instead, I'll be showcasing this game.

Once I finish with this, hopefully I'll return to the previous series.

This too was a childhood favorite of mine, and I found it somewhat irritating that nobody on YouTube bothered going past the first section...

Did you play this game with the Laser Scope headset nintendo gear they came out with specifically for this game? This was righteous with it... Great video. You can do the boss fight a little slower by dodging the missiles (Prolly wouldn't die either.. ) But glad someone recorded how asaninely complex this game was for a nintendo game.

Heh, I was just careless and wasn't paying attention to my fuel gauge. I was doing a mix of dodging/spamming back to counter his missiles; the time it took me to switch between the refuel and the missiles was my downfall.

This was on an emulator; I did play the game on the NES way back in my early days but never got past the missile base on the fourth mission. Unfortunately I didn't have the headset either.

wow, i never thought ground bombs did that to enemy walls...I always just had back up fuel and just hover as early as possible to deal with less missles...

then again i was 5 at the time..lol
