Been doing this everyday for 4 days and I already see an improvement! My legs were stick straight and way too skinny but this makes them look like they have meat! Gonna keep doing this everyday. :D

I have been doing this workout every single night for about 2 months and notice AMAZING results! But I have to ask, does anyone else have problems when she says to turn your toes inward? I am totally fine and balanced until she says to do that then it messes me up and I feel like my outer calves aren't going to be as toned. she says its awkward and for me it def is. lol.
