Hey i tried paring this speakers with my bluetooth laptop... can't find bluetooth drivers. Please help me out

When I charge these can I plug the USB end into my iPhone wall plug and charge them like that?

check out the Logitech z515 those are good wireless speakers granted that these have a mic which makes then pretty bad ass
