i don't see how creating a costume that was already made in a comic is difficult. All you needed to do was stick to that, which is why the helmet was rejected.
When I said slippery material, water was not on the brain. I was thinking more along the lines of grease, oil, and teflon.
So obviously he can't walk on water. These purported gravitational powers you talk of would actually pull the water towards him, and what good would that do?
???Was he wearing his suit or was he in plainclothes?
I've never heard of him or seen him stick to walls while wearing Nikes, and if he is doing so, I highly doubt it was before the reboot in '99. They changed a great deal about Spider-Man.
If Spider-Man could localize gravitational pull, explain he can't stick to slippery material? Explain why he removes his shoes? Stop reading this reboot garbage and go back to the Ditko and Lee days so you know his true origin. Spider-Man ended in 1998 and that's that.
The need to resort to insults to somehow convey a point is immature, and furthermore you're misinformed.
We were talking about the MOVIE. I won't elaborate because it's unnecessary.
Secondly, you obviously are basing your attack on knowledge you gained from reading the new Spider-Man series, which started in '98 and is pure blasphemy. Cacoons? Molting? Stingers? Organic webbing?
@Idiocracy94 because using a suit that looks just like one u could buy at a halloween store wouldn't translate well to film

no because I have a comic where he is reading a newspaper while on a wall, and the only part of him touching the wall is his feet.
