Now it's complete. Here is the leg video. I had fun making it and I hope you all enjoy it. Charles and I have seen many videos posted here, but we try to bring something different each time that will make you go Hmm. Well, I think we got it. We've seen a lot of upper body, and lower body each exclusively, but we haven't seen both from a person posted often. Enjoy, and once I gain my good weight back without a stomach because I work abs daily, I'm looking at pyramiding up to 500lbs on the bench, and going for 50reps with 225lbs, 25-27reps with 315, and 10-12reps with 405lbs. Thank you and enjoy, oh and we are making a video as well this summer of these attempts at these goals, so stay tuned. We won't sell the videos, or DVD's I should say for over $20.00, hopefully you'll all buy it. Thanks for all the love. Dre and Charles

  • by having a complete shoulder and back and arm routine will help you push more weight

  • How do i get stronger in benchpress

  • I went 24'9", and 51'4" in my events.

  • wow i do the exact same events. 100m, lj, and tj. i dont like triple jump that much though. what were some of your PRs in your track events?

  • Yeah thanks, I ran track in college. Actually i was an alternate on the relays, my events that i actually did were the long and triple jump so I had to combine strength and speed

  • i hear what your saying but isnt generally all weight lifting exercises a fast twitch function. becasue if you look at some of the greatest distance runners with some of the strongest slow twitch muscles they probaly cant leg press 250 pounds. i still do want to put some mass on my legs but thanks for the exercise suggestions. i saw a video of alison felix, a olympic female sprinter who does do the exercises you talked about so u obviously know what your talking about

  • well as a sprinter joecandito you need fast twitch muscle fiber development, which is explosive power. You would be better off doing power cleans, jerks, and snatches. These exercises you see here are all slow twitch designed to put on mass and power, or doing the same exercises at higher reps with lighter weight.

  • i am also 16 and i can leg press problay around 600 pounds counting the wieght of the machine for my max. i did 430 two years ago so i think i could get 600 now, andyway, how much is your leg press max and which workout do u think works better, leg press or squat. I am a sprinter and i dont know which would help my leg strength more. i have never squated.

  • well over 500lbs

  • nice. im 16 and i can get 7 on each side plus a 25 for 3 reps. how much do you squat?
