I've never understood why Sonic fanboys felt the need to recolour, make a shitty story, and fail at the voice acting. It honestly sounds like the actor(s) is just drooling down the microphone and pushing as much air into them as possible.

The Skelter + Heaven OVA's intro is better than this thing's. For that matter, the OVA itself has better special effects.
