Part 1 of the Programming Games series.

The song in the background is {E} Columns - Clothos Cover.
It's a song I made, like it? Cool.

We'll be continuing class soon. =D

  • Ok i have a question. I programmed your game onto my Ti-83, but it doesnt tell me the score it always says final score 0. after Disp "CORRECT" i have :S+1=S, so idk whay it doesnt work i have everything just like you.

  • I just noticed something about your code.

Do you have "=" or the "store arrow" at the "S+1=S" part?

You need that store arrow which is right above the on button.

  • @Omniveus Thank you so much for that website.. I was losing my hope about learning TI programming.. I like TI programming because it is mobile. I generally program during lessons :) Thank you so much..

  • @willdanerd Sorry, I haven't continued these videos in quite some time. I've stopped programming on calculators since graduating high school. (also, I lost access to that account which is why I'm replying on this one...) If you want to continue learning then I suggest visiting Omnimaga(dot)org. It's a great community that's still active. Good luck~

  • These are awesome tutorials!

The only thing I'm wondering is if there is a sequel to this video. Is it not on YouTube? Can I find it on your website? Please help!

  • @boredshortz13 In TI-Basic, the closing parenthesis isn't required and since free space is SO limited on the calculator, we leave them off to save some bytes. (This is AP, btw. I just don't feel like approving this account since I've left calc programming behind me since I'm more of a web developer. Check Omnimaga.org for more support though!)

  • hahahaha u forgot to put parenthesis on alot of ur stuff how does it still work

  • maybe i should post one of mine, i cant find anything even near the programs iv made

  • it comes up with the number a gives me a syntax error what do i do?

  • *to not ti

    *at not and

  • Made a small change in my vers where the number you have ti remember starts and one digit and increases by one digit each time
