The whale was just doing what he was trained to do, the trainer was a little to close.

Aww, that's Takara. She didn't purposly hit the trainer, it was an accident, just like you fall off a horse on occasion or when you're feeding your dog a treat, their teeth may accidentelly scrape your hand. It wasn't either one's fault, she was just a little close.
