  • greetings , i used to have a blood pressure reading of 210/110 then i started walking 2,00 steps a day now im up to 8,000 my bp. is 135/80

  • @beverlymonical thanks for answering......been doing good only i have a question. i brought me some TONER sneakers , and i walk heavenly in them . but when its time to relax and go to bed why do i have real painful leg and thigh cramps ? should i change ? my sneakers ? or is it because im getting used to them....love and peace genevee1

  • @Genevee1 Those are great sneaker.If you are having cramps then start off slower using them.Your legs must be out of shape so wearing them short periods until your legs get stronger is what I recommend.

  • @beverlymonical my BP is now at 121/71 wow ! is it true i have to eat a little more cuz i walk alot ? and yes i was out of shape . use to weigh 235 now 208

  • @Genevee1 Just never starve yourself.Eat small amounts every 3 hours.

  • @beverlymonical thanks, i eat alot of salads , i eat chicken once a day the rest is oranges , bananas , cheese , whole wheat bread . i cook with olive oil or coconut oil the extra organic kind. do you have any suggestions of a healty meals . with love and peace genevee1
