The Sungazing House is an award-winning luxury home in Park City, Utah, designed and built to be net-zero energy with the help of thick insulation, high-performance windows, and solar energy. The project team sought, or still seeks, NAHB Emerald, LEED Platinum, and Passive House certifications.
