Ugly Sofia

Amidst our affection for this unexpected and moving old modern city that Sofia is, we couldn't help noticing there were quite a few repulsive sights in the place, in addition to many sophisticated girls. But rest assured we LOVE Sofia. Both of us! We had a delightful time in Sofia and took along with us dear memories of this lovely city and its hospitable people. The only thing we intend to show in this short videoclip is the high contrast between the nice and the less nice sides of Sofia.

N.B. "Ugly Sofia" is the NAME of a chapter found in a Guidebook about Sofia, that we got IN Sofia, a guidebook WRITTEN by the Bulgarian Tourism Office.

Such a hipocrisy from the "producers", I have a simple question:did you guys have good time anywhere at all? I think after this tittle, you shouldn't expect good comments to your video, despite the "explanation". in my country we have a saying, let my exposse it: "you hide your hand after throwing the stone". ah the last thing, is easy to discuss old cars, old buildings and other repulsive sights.. but please avoid to do it on people (with a few tends of machism).

The title and the video make no sense.

Nothing was really that ugly. Anyplace in the world has an old car and buildings that need maintenance.

People are what make a city beautiful. Beautiful people make a city nice to live in.
