SBJ is by far the most fugged up among the IPPT stations...its 70% technique, 30% strength. Hope I make it T.T...

When you jump, look far, maybe look at the end of the mat.Bring your legs high and try to pull your thighs forward. Don't worry, once you get your technique right, you will jump far. My friend is also 170cm, he's jumping 285cm.

WR in football so I'll be looking to get a 3 meter jump after a 6 weeks of clean and pull and various other exercises

LOL i screwed up my sbj now. during napha like 2 weeks ago, i did 255 ( 14 years old), but now i lost all my coordination somehow and i cant jump . =.= retarded

lol antaxj didn answer ur qn... jumping takes both technique and strength in ur leg. for a 13 yr old like u.. technique would be the problem..
whew,passed finally,but like just 1 or 2 cm away from the minimum requirement

my basic requirement to pass it is to get 220...and i always got 215, 218...what a nighmare
