@BRISARELLY ha nah i used to do the same thing when I was new to it lol and I used soap very bad.... you should never use soap.. you just wanna take about 25 percent of the water out every 1-2 weeks depending on you... and 50 percent every month.

i thought that you had to take out the fish to clean the tank thats what i do lol, but is it necesary? and how much of the water do you change when you clean your tank?
i have a big fancy goldfish and i do a full water change every month is this correct?
