Piedmont Park 53-Acre Expansion

Piedmont Park Conservancy this year will lead Atlanta's beloved park through a dramatic transformation, adding 53 acres of green space -- a 40 percent increase in useable parkland. Phase One of the $72 million campaign will lay the infrastructure and foundation upon which future amenities can be added. With a budget of $43 million, the first project in Phase One is a LEED renovation to the historic Bathhouse and Pools, and more than 30,000 square feet of outdoor pools, plazas and multi-use space.
