This crash may very well have been caused by high wind. Pilot was approaching the edge when he hit major sink. This could have been induced by low airspeed (pilot error), but it may also have been caused by downward rotor turbulence from wind striking the cliff. No wind = no rotor. Good learning video. Perhaps the pilot could elaborate with a bit more info here?

Das Passiert wenn man sein Fluggerät nicht unter Kontrolle hat und die Höhe nicht richtig einschätzen kann! Einmal gehts gut, zweitemal nicht mehr!
