  • I've seen these in action. I recently installed and modified 8 sets of these LED RGB ribbons. A local nightclub wanted mood lighting for their upstairs Bar. They are actually very smooth. LED Technology has come a long way in recent years. Because their are several small LED's in a cluster, the light blends together. You don't put the ribbon in direct view, you put it in a recess or a channel or possibly behind white perspex . They are very bright and very efficient.

  • oh yes, how do you create the smoothness in the light, because most of the time you get a circle of light from led's.
