Jawbone canyon - Alphie canyon (Widowmaker)

Sunday May 4th 2008 riding West thru Jawbone canyon to Alphie canyon and then up the Widowmaker. Unfortunately the video doesn't give a very good perspective on how steep the hill is. It is steep with just over 1000ft elevation gain. The main face of the hill is deeply rutted from last winters rains, so the only way up is on the right side.

ya this hill is sweet i had a hard time but ended up making it on my yz125

That hill isn't that hard but you try it on a CRF 250 and it will make you work for it

nice climb dude, it goes for ever. i just did that hill this past friday, it was sweet! i tried going up the left side on the face and made it about 3/4 of the way caught some big traction and wheelied it over. good job! you ride a yz450 ya?

Been there, climbed that.... it was crazy windy at the top the last time I was there. I have always heard the hill across the canyon from the bathroom i is called widomaker (havent made it past the white rock on that one yet).
