I know a place where I live where I can buy a semi auto version of this gun. It has the stock, however if I fold it down it becomes a federal crime b/c it becomes a destructive device. I can buy it I just can't unfold the stock.

You can get a new semiauto for under $300 and well worth it.

@Tutoriaistorrent1 This is most likely an M35 or M42 Soviet uniform. You can get these reproductions online on ebay for example. Do some googling.
