I wanted to add, that though i may shit on a game alot the score at the end is the final verdict and is only my opinion. I'm doing this only for fun, take what i say with a grain of salt and check out the gameplay for yourselfs :)

@Buttrageous These kinds of games should be 4 cores or more. It don't matter how powerful a pc you have, your bottle-necked on the cpu front right from launching the game.

@InfestedChris i have the 2012 one and when i have a city with over 1M peeps the game runs at 2-4fps and my computer has a 1.8ghz quad-core and 6gb RAM and a ATI mobility Radeon HD 5850 with 1024MB memory and my pc is a ALIENWARE M16x laptop sow it should not lag for me as well.

@SuperThirstyfish how hard is it to make the game use all the cores on your pc i mean rally it would only take 5mins of there time to programe and it would not even cost that much to add to the games script and it would mike the game 500,000,000,000X better and it would also then be worth buying.

This game sucks ass. the world should be my world not how the developers see fit. I now see that this game is 75 percent off on steam. I guess other people feel the same way as i do
