Dr. Dixon is in deed a marvelous teacher, but that's not all, he is an actual Physician, and a true one, it seems to me that his mission is to heal missconceptions about the business world and about ourselves. His work is as a matter of fact a great gift. Your life, Professor Dixon, in my humble opinion, has a great purpose. Keep on the great job. Marvelous work.

The problem is that many companies and pubilc service organizations confuse leadership with management. A leader can be an effective manager, but most managers are not effective as leaders. Pure managers are bureaucrats who merely follow the established protocol. Employees don't feel fulfilled because the organization's purpose seems so hollow.
