  • Interesting, I have GE box in my house, but it has a mix of GE and Square D Homeline breakers, Square D works in the GE box, but it apparently that does not work in reverse.

  • @weasel2htm Some fit and some don't in various panels, you should always use the mfg recommended listed breaker.

  • my idea is if bulldog electric can make all types and all kinds of electric telesccopes for seeing planets sstars galexies etc

  • Question I was working on several contactors that controlled by a T/C well my quesiton is that one was sounding real loud when I disconnected it the next one sounded lou an so on did you know what causes this on the contactor I even put a piece of rubber on the back and screw it on the 4 corners and still kept doing the same loud sound by the way I also hit it but nothing of this work well hope to Hear from you soon THANKS FOR YOUR TIME

  • @MyKamiloo I see where Moeller is part of Eaton/Cutler Hammer as far as breakers & I like C/H products.

The only thing as far as the Lerand I could find was that there are in bed with Pass&Seymour which is more on the lines of devices. We do have a variety of mfg's and styles of breakers to contend with don't we?

  • Excellent piece of work!! Thank you very much for Sharing!!!!!

What a way of meeting people and get to see their talent. At first was reluctant being on youtube, but getting to do this has brought me into the houses of some very special people. You are one of them. Life; isn't it wonderful!!! Keep up the good work. Have A Splendid Day!!!!

  • thats so weird, maybe not for you guys, but here in Aus, most MCB's are din rail mount(except for MCCB), and they have tunnel connections on both sides so pretty much you can mix and match just about anything, breakers, chassis, panels.

  • @sparkyUonline Ya I don't mix breakers!! but I just see a lot of ITE breakers and not many panels for them and also i see them in old panels friends give me so i thought they were interchangable my bad and a lot of the time they have mixed breakers in them, But i change them when i use the panel again!! my favorite panel new is the scqare D Homeline when i have to buy a panel but i now have two old panels so i don't need to buy any more yet. Thanks Ben Please reply

  • @sparkyUonline In my experience, Bulldogs are the most likely to fail after turning them off. You simply can't reset some of the tired older breakers. The mounting screw is held in place by a clip that doesn't hold the screw square to the bar. To avoid cross-threading into the bar, you must turn the screw counterclockwise to line up the threads before tightening it into place. Don't let your screwdriver slip if the panel doesn't have a main disconnect breaker...
