  • She trains with a vegetarian diet, nice!!!

  • @midcitygym lol thats why you will notice that the food of athletes becomes more and more boring during the season. they cant tool around. its gotta be easy to count and familiar

  • @UpalKashey incredible

  • @midcitygym on top of that to recover. now imagine doing this for weeks on end. you cant always control your performance but you can control your diet

  • @midcitygym hey dude, definetly. real athletes in training mode depending on sport have to eat above their maintance level to make sure that they dont plateu and that they peak day on or right before competition.

why do you think phelps eat 9000 a day?

imagine that you just ran a tempo for 8 miles that = 1000, you need est=2200 just to maintain. that means you have a 3300 deficit for that day. you need to eat above that to replace lost glycogen

  • @UpalKashey are you serious or being sarcastic, I want to know is this how many calories she would eat?

  • @ctb619 bet she eats 5000 calories or more a day. athletes have to force food down their throats

  • what's amazing is she almost can't help but push forward. its instinct

  • She is so nice I talked to her yesterday!

  • She eats food?
