Sibel Edmonds PEN Newman Award

PEN American Center has named Sibel Edmonds, a translator who was fired from her job at the FBI after complaining of intelligence failures and poor performance in her unit, as the recipient of this year's prestigious PEN/Newman's Own First Amendment Award.

Since the award is the PEN Newman award, he had to approve the award going to Sibel. Why would he do that if he didn't believe her? There surely are other people he could have picked.

There was a site online that showed in real-time the names of RP campaign contributors from all across the country. I saw Sibel's name and I was kinda shocked because some were saying that Mrs. Edmonds would not support a candidate like Ron Paul.

A Ron Paul win would be a coup d'etat - it wouldn't happen. The next best thing is that the newcomers to the political process and the disillusioned with the 2 major parties realize how fixed the system is and how tightly held in hand they are.
