bboy Reflex handhops~

bit of balance, hand hops(rabbits)...yea

latley ive been trying to think of some new variations (or atleast onees ive never seen done..
the hops towards the end with the foot tucked under the arm is one ive been working on the latley and they are now my favorite cos they arent a bite off somone else, even yosshi from mortal combat agreed~ haha :] yay!

dope handhops man!!at the start when you were doing a one handed handstand how do you get all that balance??i can stay for only 3 seconds for one handed handstands and i can do 20 handhops is it just practise??
