Lines form on the weekends. During the week it is normal except when the Sex and the City tourbus stops by - mid afternoons.

@laughorgomad It's been a few years since I made this and just so you know, a couple of things have changed. Pink Teacup went out of business, then reopened in another (larger) location at 7th Ave South and Bleecker. Minetta Tavern was bought by big time restaurateur Keith McNally and it's now upscale, expensive and hard to get into, though I hear the food is really good.
As far as I know the other places are the same. Have a great time.

A wonderfull tour.
I was in the "Village" in february 2007 all the way from Amsterdam Holland.

Nice to the see the village on a beautiful sunny day. I try to get out there as much as possible even though I don't live all that far away (about a 45 minute train ride away).
