    I have made the tiramisu and it is delicious so this time I want to made this lemon cake and for the cream can I use the light cream?

  • No, because if you want to make your own whipped cream, it's not possible.

    For this recipe I use 30% fat liquid cream.

    If you want absolutely to use light cream then you have to buy already prepared light whipped cream.
