I sleep on my stomach exactly like the diagram of the baby..and I`m fully grown :o) If my pillows are too high it puts my neck at a bad angle..but I find with one pillow or with the pillow under my chest so my head rests at a more natural position is good.. Is that ok?

I can say this
I never sleep on my stomach,it does not allow my dick proper erection, and when i sleep on the side it can also limit it
that is why i sleep on my back

Many thanks Paul for your response. Your words make perfect sense. I have a new mentor in my life.
He's teaching me well where I have set my levels of Non-disturbance.

Hi Paul, we've recently had an addition in the family. I'm 40 years young and I've recently become a dad - three months and one day!
We've generally got 'Chimp' aka Lucas to sleep supine (as recommended by the 'experts') at night and sometimes during the day prone.
Q1: Would you recommend the other way around?
Q2: Should we switch sleeping positions nightly?
Q3: Would baby massage also help active effectively these meridian points too?
Many thanks
Sending love and Qi to you & Penny

Dear @magnusmulliner,
Congratulations on your new soul-partner.
I recommend you allow the innate wisdom of your child to express itself naturally. No one need teach nature how to grow. She has a wisdom beyond our own. Just love the child and let it play and explore the world and it will naturally become integrated in body~mind. If your child is free to play and has soft surfaces to crawl on, it will spontaneously become it's natural, beautiful self.
