You can be sure that He wasn't happy with the priests of that time, they set up coin exchange, you had to buy "temple money" to use to buy sacrificial animals and such and the exchange rate was far from fair, selling and buying forgiveness, also they shunned the sick and poor. This was an abomination to the Lord. He was not unhappy with them for preaching against sin.

I'm with him! It is much more fun to hang out with people like me, as I'm still a sinner but trying to be more like Him.

Well said, my friend. Well said.

Jesus hung out with sinners to show them the way..and when they did experience him the ones that accepted him didnt continue to live the same sinful lifestyles as before they met him, they followed him and his teachings. Anne Rice has missed this point i think.

@makaio726 There's a saying "Jesus loves you just the way you are; but he loves too much to leave you the way you are." Good words, methinks; but key in that phrase is JESUS. Jesus' love changes us (Romans 2:1-4 esp. v4 and 1 John 4:19). My job is to preach Christ - crucified and resurrected from the dead - for God so loved the world...and Christ will do his work in the hearts of those who receive both as Savior and Lord.

Great video, but Samaritan wasn't a religion, it was an ethnicity.

@omtara Samaritan was actually both an ethnicity and a religion. Samaritans were mixed Jewish/Assyrian ancestry and considered spiritual heretics by the Jews (see John 4:19-22 and Wikipedia for a good, detailed summary).
