Hi mamaclok welcome back I star feb. 169lb and may 8 I am in 137lb I was 135lb but I have a vine but I am working again, but I do not now what food to eat in phase 4

How are you using the coconut oil? I would love to into some on my next round. I lost 40 pounds on my first round and a total of 27 inches. I hope to hear from you soon.

what kind of camera did you buy.
can you do a video on hcg with the amount of 5000 HCG that can give u 150 i.u for 45 days. Also can you show the amount on the syringe because I am very confused about that

All syringes are different..so it really depends on what you have. Its usually measured in cc's or ml's which is the same exact measurement. I take it you will be injecting? You need to sign up on the yahoo group I suggested in my last video...you can look in their files to find the exact recipe you need.
