@jedupree91 It's called a "Sound Blimp", basically it is a big box in which you put a normal digital camera, it muffle the sound the camera shutter make.

At 1:37, does anyone know what the guy standing behind Wally is doing that is holding what looks like a oversized digital camera? Ive seen it on numerous b rolls and am unsure? Thanks :)
