I know this chick. She used to run the kitchen at the Lithuanian Catholic church near my home. She's covered head to toe with tattoo's, but she cleverly hides them. I used this recipe to serve as a side with roasted garlic dill mashed potatoes and grilled beer (bock) marinated weisswurst. Yum!

Hi. I have seen posts on other videos that say canning (heating) the sauerkraut kills the probiotic that's in the sauerkraut. Is this true?
