Method 2:
1. Create a shortcut to the game on the desktop.
2. Click on the RMB and select Properties.
3. In the Target box, add the quotation marks ( ") the following line: -norestrictions-nomemrestrict-novblank.
4. Accept the changes, turn the game by a shortcut.

@DevasionX go to the nvidia control panel i think you can right click desktop and click graphics options

i changed my 9800GT into a new card : GTX 550TI and now my graphics are locked on the lowest settings while the memory usage [in red also] says 230 / 3670 MB usage!!! WTF!!!????

He just showed off so i told him so ... :Example my computer has 3 core processor @4.5 ghz and 1 gb vid memory 4 gb ram , laptop 8 gb ram 4.95 ghz 128 mb vid ram.

@tyrakyl @grondzelek2010 I honesty think it'll probably run fast, with very little lag. ( 1gb of video ram is great for gamers.)
