Conventions - What to bring and etiquette

So i'm sure there is a lot of people who want to go to conventions as either a general attendee or a cosplayer but have no idea what to take with you well here is a list of things I find the most useful while attending a con.

Another thing I notice is that people seem to think that because you are at a convention full of geeks and gamers general etiquette isn't required.....WRONG!!! This is just a couple of things people should be mindful of.

@XerxesCandyBreaker07 Adding to that, people should bring pepper spray/mace, that way you can fend off the immature tards, and spray someone in the eyes if they ruin a costume! :D

Ugh! I totally agree with you, and also there's the fact that people need to respect other people's space. One of my con experiences was ruined by this immatre cosplayer who was oblivious to the fact that he was really annoyig and couldn't take a hint that I people wanted to be left alone -_-!! Oh, and he also broke my sword, which was quite expesive...so, yes, people need to respect other people's rops, too.

the guys who tend to smell are the old fat creepy guys... the smell adds to their image!
