Marty was a friend. Dec.8,1982 was a sad day for country music fans. I had to take a day off from work. Never heard this before. Ronnie, if you have this, plz put it in an album, so more can listen to it. Johanna, I hope you will allow Ronnie to do so.

Hallo Johanna,

Ikzelf ben 54 jaar oud, en ben begonnen met het verzamelen van Marty's muziek in mijn jeugd (zeg maar rond 1974). Tot op de dag van vandaag speur ik regelmatig Youtube af op zoek naar muziek van Marty die ik nog niet heb. En het mooie is dat ik Marty's muziek kan delen met mijn zoon, die is ook helemaal weg van zijn muziek. Bij ons wordt ook iedere dag muziek van Marty gedraaid. Zo zie je maar, Marty is tijdloos en internationaal.

This true country gentleman left us far too soon. He had a really beautiful voice that could take a song like this and make it extra special.
