ChaCha will be implementing a new pay program effective August 14th.
All Guides, regardless of tenure, will have an opportunity to be paid at $.20 per question, by attaining Top Guide benchmarks. The key focus areas are quality of responses, completion of sessions, and level of activity.
Guides who are still working to attain Top Guide will be paid at the rate of $.10 per question; however, achievement is reviewed on a weekly basis, so if you do not qualify for a given week, you will be eligible to qualify the following week.

Sorry for the people that are still guides. I was a expediter. Meaning I had to clean the kids question up before the guide got em for 3 cents a question. My friends and Igot fired. Well the ones that didn't work for points.But i have to honestly say that i know more about the youth of America now. lol Im happy to be away from the dead baby jokes perverted questions, and signatures.
