Made with 6540 Zen Magnets. It's an icosahedron, within an icosahedron, within an icosahedron, within an icosahedron, within - you guessed it - an icosahedron! Five layers of icosahedral goodness. This doesn't quite take the cake for most magnets used, but I'm fairly sure it is the largest thing I've built so far.
