Israel brought humanity to a higher level? what about the gaza massacre then? there were civilians killed and building's destroyed there. or the flotilla killings?
i also don't know the rules of war but Israel shoud definately not be an example of how to fight a war in the 21st century.
and as far as i know, galloway hasnt suggested any rules of war, but i may be wrong, he has however suggested political solutions and delivered humanitarian aid in warzones
